To complete your entry into the giveaway, be sure to open Pococha on Thanksgiving Day (Nov 23, 2023) and watch broadcasts for more than 20 minutes!
Users who complete these actions will be automatically entered into the giveaway. Winners will be contacted via in-app notification on Nov 27. Be sure to check the Pococha app to see if you have won. Winners will have 24 hours to respond to the notification, otherwise they will be considered to have forfeited the prize.

POCOCHA THANKSGIVING FOOD DELIVERY CREDIT EVENT – OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
- How To Enter: The Pococha Thanksgiving Food Delivery Credit event **(**the **“Event”)**is brought to you by Dena Co. Ltd. (“Company” or “we”), owner and operator of the Pococha app. The Event begins Saturday November 18, 2023 at 12:00am (PDT) and ends Thursday November 23, 2023 at 11:59pm (PDT) (the “Event Period”). The Event is open to any new user of Pococha who installs the Pococha app and registers their new (unique) account during the Event Period and views a stream on November 23, 2023 for at least 20 minutes.
- Winners Selection: At the conclusion of the Event Period, we will randomly select 30 winners to receive a free $30 credit towards DoorDash (the “Prize”).
- **Winner Notification:**All Winners will be notified directly within the Pococha app (as a notification) on Monday November 27 (PDT). To receive a Prize, winners must respond to the notification and provide a valid email address where we can send the credit code. If a Winner fails to respond to our notification, or fails to provide a valid email within twenty-four (24) hours following such notification, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and we shall have no further liability in connection with this Event. th
NOTE: PRIZES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND HAVE NO CASH VALUE. USE OF THE PRIZE IS SUBJECT TO ALL POSTED TERMS OF SERVICE AND OTHER APPLICABLE GUIDELINES OF DOORDASH RESPECTIVELY. INABILITY OF PRIZE WINNER TO USE THE PRIZE DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF DOORDASH IN THEIR APPLICABLE LOCATION, OR OTHERWISE WILL RESULT IN COMPLETE FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE.
Eligibility: The Event is only open to new unique Pococha users who have never previously registered an account. Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration. Event otherwise void where prohibited by law, including internationally. Prize Winner agrees to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages they may sustain as a result of their participation in the Prize awarded. In addition, the Prize Winner must agree to assume liability for and agree to indemnify and to hold Company, its employees, agents, affiliates and subsidiaries harmless for all claims or damages caused, in whole or in part, by the Prize and any negligent, intentional, or other act or omission on the Prize winner’s part. Employees of Company, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, independent judging organizations, and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible. Event otherwise void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of new unique Pococha app installs during the Event Period.
- Conditions Of Participation:. Expenses not specifically included in the Prize Description and all taxes associated thereon are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Each Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a Prize shall be permitted, provided that Company reserves the right to substitute any Prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event a stated Prize becomes unavailable. All Winners shall be required to comply with any and all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Company shall have no responsibility or obligation to any winner or potential winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize prizes as described herein. All registrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Company, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Event. Acceptance of the Prize by the winner constitutes permission for Company and any affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers to use the winner’s name and/or likeness and biographical material for editorial, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to hold Company, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Event or acceptance or use of the Prize. Company is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical, or other error in the administration of the Event or in the announcement of the winners and Prizes. - Release And Indemnity. This Event is in NO way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with DoorDash, Inc., and/or their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and information collected by Pococha in connection with the Event is NOT collected by DoorDash, Inc. By participating in this Event or receiving a Prize, users (and in particular, each winner) agrees to release and to indemnify and hold harmless Dena Co. Ltd., and its related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties“) for any liability, injury, death, loss or damages to registrant or any person or entity, including without limitation damage to personal or real property, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in this Event (or related activities) or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a Prize.
- Broadcast Delivery Disclaimer: We are not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by us on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any Web site, or via the mobile phone or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet or mobile phone portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt of affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Event, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Event, and we reserve the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. We further reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. We may prohibit a registrant from participating in the Event if it determines in its sole discretion that said registrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Event by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other entrants. Any attempt by a registrant to deliberately damage any Pococha channel, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Event is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law.
